Has unveiled the Mini-Popover

The Minis will be served in the restaurant and also be available for take-out and on the web at popovercafe.com 

Four Minis are the equivalent of one of the original-size Classic Popovers and will be priced similarly:

Four Mini Popovers with strawberry butter served in house or for take out.  $2.75

Basket of 12 Mini Popovers with strawberry butter, at your table or for takeout from the restaurant.  $7.25

Minis will be the perfect addition to breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, for parties or holiday meals.  And they are great for snacking, too.

They can be served as hors d’oeuvres, as a side to an entrée or as a dessert!

For mini sandwiches, fill with cream cheese and smoked salmon; foie gras; turkey, cranberry chutney and brie. 

For dessert fill with ice cream and hot fudge; strawberries and whipped cream or ice cream; lemon curd and raspberries; marshmallow fluff, hot fudge and graham cracker crumbs.
